Grant joined his father Paul in October of 1994 after spending a year in Colorado. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1992 with a degree in Finance. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in August of 1999.

He is a member of Oklahoma Society of CPA's, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Academy of Dental CPAs (ADCPA).

Grant's primary objective with his clients is to design specific tax strategies to reduce the tax burden to the lowest possible amount. He meets with his clients each year to perform business reviews to assess the financial health of each company. He reviews business ratios as well as the tax structure of each company to make certain they are set up in the best organizational format for them.
