Paul started the business on August 8, 1972 by "knocking on doors" in the Oklahoma City & surrounding area. He had worked in Schenectady NY for the G.E. Company from 1968-June 30, 1972. Prior to GE, he served with the active Army for 2 and a half years attaining the rank of Captain.

Paul was part of a franchise organization from 1972 through 2005 and used their research department for tax issues. He still has a relationship with the franchisor for tax research only. Paul is both a Certified Public Accountant and an Enrolled Agent allowing him to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service. He is a member of Oklahoma Society of CPA's, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Enrolled Agents, Oklahoma Society of Enrolled Agents, and the National Society of Accountants.

Paul's main thrust with his clients is tax protection and designing specific tax strategies to reduce tax burdens to the lowest possible amounts.
